No Mo Mo,

I will not be of too much help, but just few tips, when you scan computer you want it to be in 'safe mode'
At booting press F7 or it is F8? for win7.

When menu pops up, click on 'Safe Mode With Networking'.
Since housecall didn't find anything, try few others. Google for 'free online antivirus scanning' and you should see few more options. Try all of them one at a time, will take you a day or so.... (then use one or two once a month in the future)

Btw any scanning off of your computer (malware bytes) should also be done in safe mode.

You could also download great free program called 'Hijackthis' and run it. It will not remove any viruses but it will show you some other entries that maybe shouldn't be there such as redirection search page or something that start with your browser that shouldn't etc.
You do need a little knowledge about OS or you my delete something you shouldn't, so be careful.
You could post picture / screen shoot of your Hijackthis scan here and maybe get some help?

Sometimes is almost impossible to remove some nasty pest. They infect system files that sometimes can't be cured and if deleted your machine will not work properly any more. In this cases the best solution is to bite the bullet and do factory restore !after you backup all your data! (well usually this is best solution anyway) Factory restore should generally solve the problem and computer should generally be faster also.

Once you finis house call, and reinstall all your programs and copy back all your data, once your computer is as you want it to be, connect spare HDD through USB port, download free backup/partition/imaging program, Macrium Reflect or Paragon should do, and create backup partition of your system so you will not need to go through factory default & re-installation of everything hassle again.
