Oh year and why the term PHANTOM SHARES. Many do not know that this came about going back years from which REG SHO was born and a wittle thing called the MADOFF EXCEPTION. it's a serious issue yet contained it was business as usual. However in 2008 it w as near disaster as those who were nefarious targeted the FINANCIALS. Few have called it what it was; Financial terrorism. However there are those who did identify it as such. But it is what it is and here we are living with it. I remember LVS CEO in front of cameras as well as Morgan Stanley CEO imploring we are under attack. They were and were. They almost drove LVS bye bye but some creative stuff on LVS side allowed them to survive. In the case of MS they got some help. The question now begs who is next or what is next. Do they go after just a company here or there. Or do they do after a country here or there. There's reasons many countries have BANNED naked short selling. And there's reasons some countries have not banned it. USA included. BUt you are correct it is WRONG. Fintas
