One looming problem for NG is the fact that warm weather records are tumbling just about everywhere in the US: According to the National Climatic Data Center, over 1,600 daily warm temperature records were tied or broken in the 7-day period from Nov. 27 through Dec. 3 over the U.S. In addition, 91 monthly temperature records were tied or set in that same period. weather.com If it doesn't get cold soon, NG and heating oil prices are likely to come down again. I haven't the faintest idea how far, though, as I don't know how much capacity was shuttered last year and not brought back on line.
