Al,
That's right ten...that's what's important...Al won't give Ten his view of what we should spend...not that we spend more than the next 20 countries combined and our culture has come to where questioning these expenditures gets a politician burnt at the stake thanks to republicans (again) ...

OK Al, so which is it?

Should we spend no more on defense than the #2 spender on defense, which is currently China?

Should we spend no more on defense than the next 20 countries combined?

Or should we stop with your childish, idiotic comparisons and just spend according to what WE need for defense? Not what China needs, not what the next 20 countries need, but what WE need.

You haven't given a straight answer to any of my questions, so it's obvious you think none of them are worth answering, yet you can't resist responding to my posts. It seems like the only thing you hope to accomplish is silencing the opposition, which of course is Tenchu's 2nd rule of partisan politics. ;-)

Al, no one mentions how much of our economy is supported by our completely bloated and pointless defense industries. They've been careful to locate these plants in every district where they can buy a vote, (R) AND (D). I'm with you, we need to redirect these funds and efforts to things that work for citizens, not global corporations. But, it needs to be a gradual change.
