It's clear you don't can't grasp the problem with an encoding language. Only a idiot would think that citing the word "complexity" explains anything. The only thing problem with using a book as an analogy is that genetic coding makes a human language look simple.

The encoding is in the proclivities of the elements themselves to self organize into more complex systems

There's absolutely no evidence elements have proclivities to create languages. If they did, we'd see a vast array of different chemical languages.
