his claim is that said tax cuts INCREASED revenue...??
They sure did. The Bush tax cuts increased revenue, if you compare it to some projection of where the economy would have been without the tax cuts.

This shouldn't be hard for you to figure out. It's the same way Obama claims to have "saved or created" millions of jobs.
