I think that the handling of obamacare by the supreme court proves that the conservative judges are not quite so predictable.

That and also the fact that even in the somewhat unlikely event that Roe vs. Wade is overturned, that would not equal outlawing abortion, it would equal following the constitution, rather than precedent that stepped away from it, and allowing states to decide.
