I don't know that many 2%ers that don't create jobs. The majority that I know work in the US and practice their trade or own domestic corporations. The top 1/2% is a different group which will expand their operations globally. You can't go too far on $250,000, married with family.

This is a serious question. The 2% er who is married with children ...where is that person getting all this money to start up a company abroad as some claim? Who decided what the fair share is per income group and why were they lowered to below the Clinton numbers which so any democrats supported? Why did they switch to the Bush numbers as being better rates?
