He hasn't let the pipeline from Canada go through. That's one obvious example. However, I don't think Obama is as anti-oil as the GOP makes him out to be. I think he's far more responsible in holding oil accountable, than Bush was, so we don't have any more BPs. All in all, I give Obama a 7 out of 10 on his energy policies. I love his renewable energy push and the fact that he sides with scientists on global warming. I just hope he continues to steer clear of the far left and recognizes that if we embrace oil and natural gas along with renewables, it could usher in an new era of cheap energy, which could help us overcome the messes Congress and Bernanke have left us.

All I know is that total production of oil and nat gas has increased under Obama.

As for the pipeline, there are some very strong objections to it in the states that it would pass thru.
