The last word was that they would be sold at a discounted price. With a PP the comforting thing is that this is a long term investment.

I said about a week ago that the PP would be done with a 10 to 15 % discount to the market. So just about as expected. The warrant kicker is normal. Now plenty of cash to do their thing.
