What I meant was that $6.6 million worth of R&D that they purchased was a questionable decision. They still have a seperate category for the regular CASD R&D.

Cut R&D? It can't because Zitel's best chance of any future earnings is in products it hasn't developed yet. If Zitel had a reliable source of income from at least one product, it could cut back on investing in new ones. But it doesn't, so it can't.

What I'm suggesting is that perhaps this will freeze the share price around levels that allow Zitel to keep being listed while letting them off the hook from the old Cayman- er investors. Ever watch the movie "The Firm"?

Help me here-suppose you've never heard of Zitel and is still have faith in management-what would you do to keep it as a viable company?
