I'm not so sure of that. Rush had him on live today, and DeMint sounded pretty upbeat and positive about leading the charge from outside of Washington.When Rush jokingly asked him if he was forced out by Boehner, DeMint replied, "no, but the reverse might be true". Very interesting!!I'm hoping this is all tied together with the Tea Party, the young guns in the Senate and House, maybe even with Dick Armey and Palin.Something is up, and I pray that it's not just my blind hope..........................

It's about time that conservatives started developing a bigger strategy. We may be seeing the formation of the core strategic team going forward. I'm a little on the fence about DeMint resigning though. I think it would be more effective if he quit the republican party and joined some new party that he created.
