When calculating the true unemployement rate one should add in everyone who has a government job, as we can only afford so many government workers before we go the way of Greece.

110 million military contractors
We can't afford them.

But I think that you are off by at least two orders of magnitute with that number, considering the the population of the USA is only 314 million. And if you subtract out the under 18 and over 65 then you getting pretty close to your 110 million number.

Surely there was a typo in there - 110 million? 1/3 of every man, woman, and child in the U.S. works for the military or its contractors? No wonder we're in debt!
