I see........he drank lemon juice, egg whites, simple syrup, and regional bitters. Sounds really tasty.........and makes perfectly good sense.....NOT. Any ethnic food, when described by its ingredients, sounds rather unappetizing. Uh........the only thing ethnic are the regional bitters..........the rest are typical ingredients that I have tasted. It definitely does not sound like something I would like drinking. Seems like you are disrespecting the ethnic cuisine of Peru. BWDIK? I've never tried a Pisco Sour shot. Have you? Nope.
