I agree with all that you said. At some point, when you are kiting checks, they catch up and you have to pay the bills and all of the penalties. or if you can get someone to front you some more money, you can prolong the process and make it worse... Hard to say where things will go from here, but you are right, when we do hit bottom, the next bull is going to be a doozy.

AG, President Obama is the 1st president since 1832 to be re elected by a smaller margin than his first election in 2008. The Number of Republicans in the House is 2nd highest at any time going back to the 1940's. the Number was not even as high in the 1990's. Every president going back to FDR has had a second term scandel when he boldly tried to pack the Supreme Court by expanding it to 12. Eisenhower had health issues, and the CIA created the plan and started implementing it... JFK inherited that from Ike's administration. President Obama will have a couple of very big scandals..... it's the nature of our society and Americans like change after a while..... the ESPN analyst who is such an idiot and is asking if RG III of the Redskins is a cornball brother.... will probably on to his next venture and he or someone else of color will quite possibly asking that of our current president 2016 Hillary vs Jeb Bush in the battle of the dynasties...... No I bet things arise where she will not want or be able to run. Plus as James Carville has commented 4 years as secretary of state is so intense that it's like 16 years.... My father pointed out a dozen years ago that Secretary of State's do not become President, you have to go back to something like the 1830's to find the last time its occurred. JP

Our current president will take a huge beat down in his second administration ....as Augustus Gloop have correclty stated...... the second term for any president brings scandals....inquisitions et.c...... a degenerating economic climate will make the multitudes .... rather angry with him. The bond bubble that started as a reasonable bull market at the end of a with 1980 with FED Funds rate at 19% rate in 1980...... created the long term play that we have lived though. but they all scandals... that blossomed in their second term. Obama is set up for 3 huge area's of vetting and really negative media mortums and post mortums...... that's why evey smart pop from Hillary to , Geithner to , the military to the CIA are "out of here" he is not a study of history and has not clue what tough sledding is......... and he will lose the medisa supporting him within 18 months. that's the way it works and the naviety of The president's inner circle shows they have no perspective... and have not read about history...... have'nt read about economics. just as a serious of snowstorms put 5 feet of snow on the roof in the north half of the country, The Pres. will be shocked when the 5-6 feet of accumulated snow collapse on hiim. ( as they should well do for someone how grew up in Hawaii, Indonesian........ back to California.. You don't know what a norhtern winter is like until you have lived through a couple of them.. same thing with Hurricanes...... you have to live through them and also occassionaly evacuate and drive 120 miles up the road to not get hit by the power of these storms.
