Zen_lunatic Correct, the 3.8B$ is the Enterprise Value (the more important metric, imo) not the market cap. The EV is what the private equity investor would be looking at (who would be buying the entire company) but it is also important for any other investor. In the current low interest rate world, the low interest expense of levering up the balance sheet to goose results may mKe it look attractive, but a levered balance sheet still equates more risk, everything else being equal,
