I think we're close to breakout on the DOW.

Apple is throwing off some problems for the S & P and Nasdaq today, but that's about it. The option premiums for Apple are finally getting back to respectable levels today.

Looking at the 1 year charts, I think the market has cleared through most of the FUD with the exception of the cliff. Yesterday was looking not so pretty for the 10 year yields, but it's stabilizing nicely today.

If the yields start moving a little higher back to 1.8% which has been the upper end of the range, this market should begin to retest the highs. If we can get back to 13,400 with oil still around $85 or lower, I'll be very impressed.
