They are an obvious target and this is not the first. You wouldn't get me joining one of these lawyer's scams in a zillion years. I'm still thinking about moving to DLJ (?), but they sent me the geriatric package which really pissed me off. It was my "profile" apparently.

**OT** Speaking of class action suits, any thoughts on these cry baby Boeing "investors" getting laughed out of court because the price recovered so quickly?

Also, what's up (or rather down) with the networkers? Did they all crash after hours on some 3 Com anouncement?
