I did not own CIGR as you know (I was so close to buy). I don't have any experience with the lawsuit of this kind. I think you need to call the lawyer in order to join the action.

CARIBBEAN CIGAR has named Ronald Farrell as president, chief
executive and chairman of the board. Farrell succeeds Kevin Doyle,
the founder of the company, who will remain as an executive vice
president in charge of cigar production. Farrell said he plans to
strengthen the company's sales and marketing organization and
reduce overhead costs
