Maybe skip physicals, too. Instead of going to the doctor and asking "Is there something wrong with me?", wait until you can say, "It hurts when I do this." Got conned into the physical by my wife. My first annual physical in 15 years. Turned down more subsequent tests than I accepted. They wanted me to do a colonoscopy, I said "you want me to come into this germ ridden nightmare place and do an invasive procedure just because?". PSA, sorry, no. I did piss for them. If I lose a few years at the end so what... better than being treated like a F'ing pin cushion for somebodies enrichment.
