Where do you get that? Consumer confidence is plummeting, not rising. Consumers aren't very happy with Congress' dithering.


Its been rising up until this last report and Congress's most recent dithering. My point still stands.

In October Republicans and Democrats thought their party and candidate would win. By the Nov survey, one side had lost. Add the fiscal cliff talk and that's all the survey reflects.
