Pretty convincing. Munster sounds like he really understands what is happening on the inside.

The two most interesting points to me somewhat unsaid:

Apple knows its going to have to lower margins on iPhones to compete. Probably not their top end which will be refreshed 2x per year rather than once, but certainly on the other phones.

Apple needs a new product with high margins, that will be the TV 7:20. Content is not the delay problem. They decided to go with a IGZO screen rather than an OLED which will probably save them money and maintain a hefty profit margin on a premium product...

OK what the hell is an IGZO screen?

Devices using IGZO screens already exist. Some of the iPads with “retina” displays that Apple Inc. AAPL launched in March used Sharp’s IGZO panels, according to people with knowledge of the matter. But those IGZO panels may not have maximized the new technology’s potential, because Sharp’s screens had to have exactly the same quality and specifications as the non-IGZO iPad screens supplied by two other display makers Samsung Electronics Co. and LG Display Co. (It’s not possible to tell whether a randomly picked iPad uses Sharp’s screen or not).
