I wonder if regulatory approval of RTO transactions are pretty much 'done deals' or whether there are a bunch of stringent rules. As a GPD shareholder this is great because Wolfpack would end up with about $8m in the till, some uranium assets that are good "value", and they're listed. Tigris shareholders go to bed thinking they own a stock in a zzzzzz sleepy uranium co. with $8m in the till and slow burn, and wake up to owning a gold exploration company focused on Nevada! Kind of weird for them wouldn't you say? But I'll be happy if this goes through.
