What do you mean why cant they , reread my post, by all means let Nuns marry Jesus or multiple inter couples create marriage co~ops & legally recognize them too , in fact America might have to emulate the Israeli Kibbutz concept soon enough or some kind of domestic corp camp idea if things keep going this way,lol. This started with same sex marriage issue , try to pay attention... this only takes the marriage idea & expands upon it , the idea of constitutional rights being modified /changed perhaps in the next several months right before everyone's eyes.

Portugal makes peace with the war on drugs http://metronews.ca/news/world/393170/portugal-makes-peace-with-the-war-on-drugs/ Here's one last issue for you , want to tie up the courts with pot & drug cases, imprison, parole & go that route ..or legalize like Portugal has done. Seems to be working there and the estimates for replacement health care services are 1/3 cost of the Judicial & imprisonment route , btw. What should have been figured out 3 decades ago here in the US, wonder why it took so long? ( heroin/opium production up four times now since US victory in Afghanistan , not much of an issue apparently )
