CS has concentrated on the high end Networking products. Their MMAC & Spectrum software had glowing reviews. In addition earlier in 1977, sales of both these products were good. They cater to larger Enterprises who may have now or in the future require broadband capability. Perhaps someone knowledgeable can help me with the following. a: What is the competition by others re:MMAC & Spectrum. b: What is the competitors margin c: Is the high end market growth less than forecasted. d: If this rev/income decline is serious, would not they reengineer by downsizing. In fact they have not indicated any reduction of Engrs during the amalgamation with DEC's net division.
