Because I think that past analyses on the positioning of ASND for a takeover have merit, I have to conclude that ASND would not, at the same time, buy back any shares.

many people on this thread have suggested asnd should purchase their shares back. i agree with you, if mgmt believes the share price is a bargain they should buy their own shares.
