First, truth isn't determined by vote. This paper is an example of the bandwagon fallacy.

Second, it's very misleading to imply that all papers that don't explicitly reject AGW therefore implicitly support AGW. Most of these thousands of papers likely express no opinion on the subject as a result of the study.
