after doing a little research tonight, i noticed that the aquisition of cambridge sound works was slated for comletion by today dec 2. one thing i liked is that creaf used cash for the transaction. this is a very bullish sign as usually that means the company feels that the stock price is undervalued. not only that, but the price they gave for hifi, even at a 10 percent premium to market value is still quite a deal. company was/is showing good growth and has a low price to sales valuation below 1.0. it appears that creaf got a pretty good deal here , especially seeing that the company is based in the us.
noticing quite a few tech companies giving warnings and such. seems to be a little early for earnings warnings by abou two weeks but it is christmas. anyway creaf still looking healthy to me and moreso during the dips like we are in.
good luck
