CATS may have yet another life. Mr. JMAR said that he has been very busy lately dealing with interested parties. He believes that they will come out of it OK (maybe understated). He told me that they have had at least 10 groups interested in all or part of it. He said that he wants JMAR to retain a small minority of CATS because he believes it will be viable.

He told me that when they bought it they were misled by a few things and due diligence was done after the "sale". Shares had been held in escrow until this DD was done, and the result was not good. The rest is history. yadda yadda yadda

Thank you for your report. I don't suppose there was any discussion about the warrants?
