TWY, it's funny how you posted a picture of Mr. Monopoly (whatever his name is), because that's essentially what "collective bargaining" is these days. A government-sanctioned monopoly on labor by the union leaders. Most people these days don't know that. They equate "collective bargaining" with the mere right to assemble and demand higher wages and benefits. And the press and the so-called "academics" are just fine keeping people in the dark.
