Linda, thanks for the summary.

Inventory is not the end of the company. It'll take couple qtrs to clear them up.

I'd like to know more about the confreence call- like is there any one time charges ? does the 'slight' profit includes a charge ??

It's going to be dead money for now - I just don't want it to be too dead !!

I'm still not convinced that COMS is a bad deal. In the press release was something of "discussions with disributors,..., INVESTORS, ... All stakeholders... would welcome this move (or something similar)".

I guess that COMS knows what they were doing on this one. I stand by my earlier clip, welcoming this move.
