I don't think content will be a problem. Content comes in multiple forms, cable, satellite, disks, downloads, streams. I think you are talking exclusive content. None of the media companies have exclusive content although they would very much like to get rid of disks*.

Apple obviously sees something. I think I see a really, REALLY good looking TV with a superior (but maybe not exclusive) screen, superior controls and versatility... and... high profit margins. Jobs would not have mentioned he cracked it if he didn't think Apple could make something special.

The Church Lady thinks so too.


* The fight over Disks vs. Downloads has begun. Here "Green Acres Season 4" has not been released on DVD yet. It is available for download but customers are revolting wanting their own media.
