The reason Institutional bond traders like Henry get so flustered and angry with institutional bond salesman like myself is twofold. actually it is more pity than animosity. also the reason for this emotion is very similar to why many taxpayers get upset with welfare cheats. The first reason is that if they had a personality they would have been a salesman also. hmmm I never thought being a pick pocket qualified as personality. I can just see Court TV now, "The defendant is charged with two counts of aggravated personality" The second is the guilt they feel for making bad markets and scrounging a living off of the backs of honest, hardworking salesmen such as myself. honest, hardworking salesman? now there's an oxymoron (exactly who is it again who is taking two days off from work to go to Vegas?) However I do agree that most members of that professional community do their best work on their backs.
