1. yes, purchase the chasis did not entitle the buyer to receive the entire chasis full of modems. they now have the isp locked and not fully loaded. 2. it is not uncommon during product transitions to offer the old product, and then upgrade for free when the new product comes out. 3. the reserves will be answered in january. 4. i hope this downturn in networking ends in the next couple of quarters, but i think we will need to see some consolidation first.
