I agree with you Jacob. Additionally, I would never own GE as long as Immelt is there. He's the guy that swore the dividend was safe right up to the point he cut it, and he cut the hopes of a lot of retired people at the same time. I won't do business with someone I don't trust, regardless of how rosey the story sounds. Too many other choices out there. Just my opinion. Others may think he won't mislead again, and that's fine by me.
