Which means the government has crossed the line twice. Once for the Auto Unions and once for the public Unions. They are haves and ordinary private sector guys are second class citizens.

The public Unions are thriving.
They're thriving because their monopoly on government labor .

.....and proven by the fact that private unions (who increasingly since the 70s have to compete in a WORLD economy) are rapidly declining.
