NICK - so you think that the shares will sell for less than $11.80 ex-divvie? Might happen, I guess, although I thought that the shares were undervalued at $13 pre-divvie.

Disclosure: I have small NICK position. I have not sold today. I have sold some at lower price in the past.

My concern....and its minor...is they appear to be leaning toward eliminating the dividend going forward.

I would suggest them just lowering it to something minimal.... like 5 cents per year or something.

Otherwise, any institution that only owns/buys dividend payers would be excluded from buying and might even have to sell because of it.

I havent sold anymore NICK recently but I have in the past. WISH I STILL held 90% but Ive been taking money off the table for some time now.

All my buys were from $2.06-4.51 pre-split so Ive done well despite selling too much too soon.

I voiced my concern with the company just now and got the impression that the regular dividend may well continue.
