Kerry,

Do I really need to be reminded again of how I've been decimated by that company <g>?

There is one post you made to me, almost a year to the day, that comes to mind. You certainly stuck with your convictions. I made a big bet on NUKO and ANCR. You were obviously right about bailing on NUKO. And once again I hope you are right about ANCR. Here's to "going all the way!"

Alan, I have a very small position of 5,000 shares, therefore NUKO is a very speculative situation for me. There is no comparison to my position in ANCR and I have done alot more primary research on ANCR. Other than getting an investor packet on NUKO, viewing their website and talking to a couple of industry sources, my attitude is this is an excellent gamble if you believe in the revenue target of $70+ million for 1997. If they can truly ramp sales that fast, then this is a $50-70 stock next year. Their management appear to have excellent backgrounds ( eg SUNW ) and they have struck strategic alliances with many Tier 1 players. Their revenues also appear to be ramping up nicely so far. What more can one ask for in a development stage company?? Having said that, I have no qualms in unloading my position tomorrow if I get any negative info from my sources..On the other hand, I'm going all the way with ANCR.

Kerry, I remember your warnings about Nuko very well and you were
right about them. So? Anyway, regarding my Ancor reservations:
I do not believe anything management of this company says they are
doing untill I see results. It was Cal Nelson who during the Q2
conference call made it look like Ancor was about to have just about
a profitable Q3. That was after an 'honest proclamation' that they
will 'show us the money' and any hype is forever gone. Nothing different about what he did and Steve O. claiming at one time to
have first profitable Q in Q4 of 96(I think he said that on CNBC).
I am not even saying he(Cal) did it deliberatly although I do consider
it a possibility. If he miscalculated then he is simply incompetent.
How am I supposed to trust that their OEM efforts are going to ever
come to fruition? You are telling me that it is all going on at the
level of decision makers and it is none of my business. It doesn't
matter that Brocade is getting all the press and publicity because
the people making the decisions don't care about it and Ancor's
product is superior so it will be bought. Isn't that what Steve O.
once said in his CNBC interview? In the meantime, the money is
running out and more dilution is coming. I wouldn't mind it if it was
to ramp up production to satisfy customer's demand. It will again
be needed to simply pay these folks salaries while we wait.

And all the while the board members continue to unload their shares.
