Discovery of first beginnings evidencing Man's first attempt at Art is off topic? Who are you & where did you come from to be so utterly devoid of understanding the human psyche? Thru Man's expressions in Art you find all the essences of all the beginnings of "belief" , of what was the paramount mystery & fascination for early Man, your ancestors , dont be so dumb. Solon already posted the Assyrian equivilient of the Job story, for you to think that the Jews were surrounded & often a subset to these older, massive cultures & civilizations, not being influenced by their religion, lore, legends & myths is shear stupidity. At least 50-60% of the Jews by 2000yrs ago were Hellenized Jews (or Romanized) , what simpleton view fundamentalists have of everything, like listening to Mother Goose stories. Get real, try to look deeper & read some good books . * The Garden of Eden was in Louisianna , Joseph Smith spoke to an Angel & he told him so! And thats just a modern example of how the all the older flim flam gets started ...
