I believe it falls outside the boundaries of free thinking homo sapien thought. So no, it isn't human. When disclosure finally unveils itself their owning up to the manipulation of our species by certain parties couldn't be something those parties are looking forward to. At the same time we have benefitted from influenced artists, musicians and technological gifts throughout history. Think NikolaTesla. While science prefers to overlook the microchip which was found embedded in Napoleon Bonaparte's skull has anyone clearly debunked it? Not to my knowledge. It is too fantastic to believe so it can't be true even though it is, apparently, true. Had American scientists made that discovery as opposed to French scientists I seriously doubt the discovery would have ever seen the light of day but then in France if you fake a UFO sighting you will go to jail. Not all of the planet is as afraid of extraterrestrial truth as is the United States. In fact, many nations abhor U.S. policy concerning disclosure and want the truth known. BTW, ET influence is entirely undetectable even in hindsight unless you know what it looks like.
