John, I would hate to see CPQ buy COMS, who needs it. CPQ already owns a modem company. Diversification in by no means a sign of good use of funds. That's why I like DELL so much, they have plan and are sticking to it.

AS far as the future of COMS, they are not CSCO. Why own anything but the best? COMS is in a low marging, commodity product business. Like you said COMS/USRX is good for trading not a buy and hold play. I do think COMS is going to be good buy for a trade, when is the question. Maybe after we get standard on 56kbps modems.
