I have also successfully traded Ligand on the "teens" ranges in the past. Now, however, the company seems to be reaching the next stage of maturity, and the next general trading range will be much higher than the "teens" we have been seeing. Today's action was especially encouraging, since it ran strongly counter to the tape. Positive, negative, or neutral, we are all now just passengers on the "drive to 25". It'll make for a great New Year's party.
