Very well put. I have moved 95% out of ny account and only keep it for a few perks. They should look at $ amount/account instead.

Yah I still have my account open since who knows what may change in the courtroom if I even change it anymore than it was screwed up. Only reason mine is still open with 4 shares of stock is because that was the only thing they ever corrected ....when they bought shares above prices that the stock ever traded, and this is a fact, that's why it was mentioned in the news release from the lawfirm that may sue them. They got it from me, and of course they called E-Trade to confirm they did do this to me, of course they wrote it in the article because E-Trade had to admit it. E-Trade bought shares above prices the stock I bought has ever traded! THIS IS A FACT!
