Scott: I can give AMTD thumbs up. The only problems I see with them is that they do not handle bulletin board stocks except via telephone. You cannot trade these via the internet last I heard. Also, on busy days, you are going to have to wait to enter telephone orders. For example, I had to wait about 10 minutes on the day the market broke last month. You have the option of sending a fax order, which I have done to bypass the bottleneck. Recently, they raised their rates on limit orders, adding another $5, or a total of $23.00. The MM prices I receive are usually correct, plus they did give me an adjustment where I showed them that the MM had gouged me on a market order.
