I tried to use Mike Millus' words as close as possble.
(sorry I didn't get spelling for his name)

he said any major exchange - also saidlooking for small-cap listing
through NASDAQ.

the $4 requirement for NASDAQ begins on 01/01/98.
He said that they aren't there yet. But he said that CSMA is working hard and have the expertise make $.

he said that the market had been working against them and being
a BB make them more vunerable. But he said "that's what makes a market."

My take and lessons learned:
CSMA is a true blue BB. These people want to make $. It is not
a scam. I can't prove it this second. But that is my take. I have
a good impression, but guess what? BBs are risky. I am glad I
called them, I wish I had called them sooner but the meeting was
key factor. So the next step I feel is look at their financials and
look at the growth potential, and see if where it will lead. I am mostly a
short term investor, but I will say I want these guys to make it.
I will not do any hyping or pitching if I can help it.
My goal is to make money fast and I watch stocks very closely,
but this is a medium term picture that I feel still has the attributes listed on SI post and elsewhere. Medium term and long term or short
are all valid and effective. So do your DD and
please don't dive in and cry later. This is my honest picture with the best knowledge I currently have. Thanks.
