Martin: As you say a software & hardware company can always come to terms, whether its booth space or whatever else. VocalTec has had a few problems in the past with clarity, thats well known. As you may also be aware of, Frank knows and talks to everybody in the Telephony Field.

As Frank stated in the visit, "in the telephony field, you have no enemies, no friends, and no acquaintances. BUSINESS WITH ALL!!!!

All eyes and ears are open for discussion. From CEO to CEO, that's what turns on Frank's business personality. You can tell he love's it, and now that he has alot more time to devote to this activity?
He's a man hell-bent on making a name for himself. ggg

Martin, Just finished reading those VOCLF sites, came back here and you posted them Already. Youre Fast!!!
After reading some of that info It got me Thinking (A rarity) about the PP back in Early in the Year.

1.Raise $2,000,000 via a Private Placement of FNet shares at $1.00 per share to finish the design and acquire certain software assets to complete the Franklin Data Voice Server (DVS). Finished April, 1997.

Do you Think Certain SOFTWARE assets were acquired from VOCLF.
Very interesting.
