Scott, I don't know about a poison pill- Maybe if you post the question on the mainstream CUBE thread. Looking bearish again today. Tax loss sellers may be coming into play now also. We may not see a recovery till JAN.

Poison pill? I don't think so but not 100% sure. I feel the same way that the stock will hit 40-50 in 1 year or less. I'm basically waiting for some major announcement on the consumer DVD side... Still waiting. I have 00 40 leaps down 25-30% since I bought it. Its getting close to actually at support level now so thinking of getting shorter options. Trouble is We're getting a rally in the big caps and small caps wont rally for sometime 2-3 months out usually if the rally continues and we make a new high on the Indexes. If the rally fizzles then noone is spared.... My guess at this point is we'll rally into Feb98. Hoping CUBE meets earnings expectations and comes out with major announcements. B/regards
