I think the best plan might be to have an enclosed system of cells (one system would be risky due to inability to contain damage. Future humans can be very cozy just like a nice heated garage if they make a plan and act that plan. Speaking of plans...why don't you import a few more foreigners as U.S citizens so you can come up with ideas like this and start solving some of your problems?! This is absolutely brilliant and is apparently beginning construction as we speak.
