For my 5c worth ....

1) If TA and the chart + indicator(s) are in line with relevant Fundamentals, then I'd say hold on to that stock (and maybe buy more).

2) If TA and the chart + indicator(s) show an uptrend and are generally positive, but that is Contrary to relevant Fundamentals, then I'd say seriously consider selling (or shorting) that stock.

3) If TA and the chart + indicator(s) show a downtrend and are generally negative, but that is Contrary to relevant Fundamentals, then I'd say seriously consider buying that stock.

IMO, more often than not, (2) and (3) will be in line with Ben Graham's "Mr. Market".
