Bullshit. IRS now requires proof of the contribution before an item is deductible (meaning, Cohan doesn't apply). A return such as Romney's will have to substantiate those deductions every single year.
BS yourself.....Charitable contributions are among the easiest deductions to cheat on.....millions are "given" to churches by people who never set foot in one. They may require proof but rarely ask for it ......cheaters know how to avoid it.
